AdHoc Studio was founded by the people behind The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands, and Oxenfree. Dispatch is their first game, and the performance-heavy dialogue is the point — it's why the PR crisis in Episode 2 can only be solved by Prism, and why the choices carry as far as they do.
